Is this bad?


Beef chilli with cheddar cheese, whole grain crackers and a salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. And the sour cream was NON FAT. Yes, I can see my waistline shrinking already.

At least it's not fast food or pre-packaged, right? I mean, it's real food.

Yeah, I so svelte.

HAH! I ALSO made a huge crockpot of chili! Just goes naturally with this cold, windy weather, doesn't it? Only I had warm biscuits with mine.... Yummy!
